LOCATION - You will fall in love with this secluded, unspoilt bay the moment you see it. Completely surrounded by 60 metre cliffs and native bush and fringed by magnificent old pohutukawa trees to provide a shady haven on hot sunny days. Only access is by a steep bush path (approx 5mins down but 10 back up!). The memory of the moment the path opens out and you step onto the sands of this unique vista will remain with you always.
PHOTOGRAPHY - Vaughan is a very experienced and accomplished wedding photographer who will create a visual memory of your wedding day to share with your family and friends. 150+ high resolution best images of the day will be emailed to you in the form of a photo file

Marriage Celebrant
Lesley Morrison, as well as taking on the duties of Co-ordinator, is also the friendly, caring celebrant who will officiate at your wedding. Lesley considers it a privilege to conduct your marriage ceremony and will make every effort to ensure your wedding day will be perfect and everything you had ever imagined it to be.
Witnesses
In NZ, two witnesses must be present at the ceremony to witness and sign accordingly that a marriage took place in their presence. We will engage two such witnesses who will be honoured to be part of your wedding day.
Bottle of Bubbles
A chilled bottle of bubbles to pop the cork to celebrate at the concluion of the ceremony
Bridal Bouquet
It’s traditional for a bride to carry flowers on her wedding day, and who are we to break with tradition? A simple bridal bouquet of seasonal flowers will be lovingly created for you.
Our own personal touches
these are the little things that make you feel special and show that we care:
- A ceremony rehearsal at the beach you have chosen
- Our Marriage Celebrant will personally visit you at your accommodation on the eve of your arrival to welcome you, discuss your ceremony and take you on an orientation drive to your wedding location.
- A chilled bottle of bubbly/sparkling grape-juice will be on hand to toast the bride and groom at the conclusion of the ceremony.
